Shipping & Returns

Q: How long does delivery take?

UK postal orders usually take between 5-7 days. If an item is delivered by courier, e.g. a large item that cannot be sent by post we will arrange a mutual time and day with the customer and courier.

Q: What happens if I don’t want my order immediately?

By arrangement we can store your order until you are ready to receive it. This is usually free of charge.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Usually we only offer shipping to the UK. However we can deliver to any third party international shipping company by arrangement.

Buying Process

Q: Can I ask for a condition report?

We do our utmost to describe in detail the condition of our items, the photographs also aid this process. We are more than happy to supply a full condition report and additional photographs on request.

Q: Can I reserve an item?

All stock is available to reserve for a limited period, usually 24 hours.

Q: Do you buy items?

Yes, we do buy items. If you have an item that you would like to sell, please use our contact form and include your details and some photographs.

Q: Are your electrical items PAT Tested

All our electrical items are rewired and PAT tested

Q: Is any of your furniture or lighting available fore hire?

A limited selection of stock is available for hire, this includes furniture and lighting.
