Q: HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

UK postal orders usually take between 5-7 days. If an item is delivered by courier, e.g. a large item that cannot be sent by post we will arrange a mutual time and day with the customer and courier.  International deliveries through trusted third parties can take up to 28 days.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T WANT MY ITEM IMMEDIATELY?

By arrangement we can store your order until you are ready to receive it. This is usually free of charge.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping through our trusted couriers. Please ask for a quotation prior to purchase. Alternatively we deliver to third party Shipping Companies by arrangement. We are also happy to accommodate domestic and international shippers who may wish to collect from our warehouse.

Q: CAN I ASK FOR A CONDITION REPORT?

We do our utmost to describe in detail the condition of our items, the photographs also aid this process. We are more than happy to supply a full condition report and additional photographs on request.

Q: CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?

All stock is available to reserve for a limited period, usually 24 hours.

Q: ARE YOUR ELECTRICAL ITEMS PAT TESTED?

Our electrical items are rewired and PAT tested.
